Great Service = A Friendly Plug

The damn washing machine broke at my house. When it comes to computers, I am a god but a washing machine is a mystery. I reviewed the technical documents I downloaded and opted to call in a pro.

Steve from Sun Applicance was absolutely impressive. He was friendly, professional and quick. Ten minutes later he fixed the washer. Prompt, courteous, professional and polite. You can't do better than that. And I more than got my money's worth.
