WTF?!? Insulted By Fortune Cookie

So, last night the family decided to order Chinese from the local take out. Once we finished our dinner, we cracked open our fortune cookies. After the usual round of standard fortunes, I find:

Read it again. It's not particularly well written, but did that fortune cookie just call me a B.S. Artist??? What else could that fortune possibly mean? I keep reading it trying to find another meaning, but it remains very, very clear to me that this damn fortune is saying that I am full of it!

It's clearly not saying that I am effective. No, it says that I am good at telling people I'm effective.

I've been insulted by a fortune cookie! What are the odds of that?
