How to Lose Prospects

Do you want to guarantee failure? Do you want to piss of potential customers? Do you want to ensure that prequalified, interested leads never come back to you?

It's simple. Ignore their emails.

I recently decided it was time to start doing something healthy. I have reached the point where even I think I am too fat, so it's time to exercise.

I have always liked martial arts so I did my research on local schools.  I found one that seemed to offer the right atmosphere and I filled out the online form for a free class.

I'm still waiting to hear from them. It's been 2 weeks now and nothing.

The internet is an amazing tool to bring qualified leads to your digital door. If you open a digital door, then you need to be prepared to answer it when someone comes knocking.  Otherwise, they will just leave and go somewhere else.

It's very easy to create an email address or a web form. Digital doors are easy to create. What's hard is giving them the attention they require.

Guess where I won't be studying martial arts?
