Nobody Cares About You

Just because your Mom thinks you are wonderful doesn’t mean a damn thing.

You must give people a reason to care about you, your company and your products / services. The only possible reason is that you are in a position to help them accomplish one of their goals. Everything you write (brochures, websites, business cards, everything!) should be talking about how your customer will benefit by giving you money.

If you cannot speak to your customer's benefits, why should they care about you?
