We have been very busy of late with several new projects. As soon as I am able to return to my normal blogging schedule you can expect to read more of my thoughts on business technology.
On another note, please don't think that technology can solve all your business problems. You must be prepared to make changes to your process in order to improve productivity. The mentality of "we're doing fine" is completely counter-productive. I understand that if it isn't broken, you shouldn't fix it, but you should be open to the idea that maybe, just maybe, you aren't perfect. There is always room for improvement.
