Professor Randy Pausch's "Last Lecture"

In the movie "Gladiator," the character Proximo played by the great Oliver Reed has one of the best lines ever uttered in any movie:

"Ultimately, we're all dead men. Sadly, we cannot choose how but, what we can decide is how we meet that end, in order that we are remembered, as men."

I encourage you all to watch this magnificent "Last Lecture" by Professor Randy Pausch in order to better understand that great line.

Professor Pausch was one of the visionaries behind the spectacular Alice project, a fun tool that teaches introductory computer programming through an interactive storytelling environment where children learn without realizing they are learning. It is edu-tainment at its best.

My prayers are with the Pausch family.
