Forays Into the Blogosphere

So, tonight I venture into the Blogosphere. I wonder what I shall find?

My favorite video game reviewer at The Escapist once said that the internet is like putting your message into a bottle and tossing it out into an ocean of other bottles. He is absolutely correct.

For some reason I am reminded of the explorer Ernest Shackleton's famous Help Wanted ad:

"MEN WANTED FOR HAZARDOUS JOURNEY. SMALL WAGES,
BITTER COLD, LONG MONTHS OF COMPLETE DARKNESS,
CONSTANT DANGER, SAFE RETURN DOUBTFUL. HONOR AND
RECOGNITION IN CASE OF SUCCESS."

I wonder what terrors lurk in the great virtual unknown. We shall see.
